INTRODUCTION TO TEAM DEVELOPMENT



People often say that teams are important for success, individual and organisational development, and this have become the basic layer for many communities and organisations. A team can face almost every upcoming challenge. There are many ‘team building’ solutions that exist but without a solid co-ordination and understanding of the four fundamentals the process can be a bit difficult.



THE STRATEGIES FOR TEAM DEVELOPMENT

A leader should take out best in the team, he should have following skills to achieve organisational goals and to work with team members :

D: duties should be done legitimately.
E: eligible for every team work.
R: person is responsible for every gain and loss.
S: sincerely follow all obligations.
H: honest with team members.
I: impartial with every team member.
P: he should be polite and punctual.

  • member should influence everyone for doing reliable and relevant work.
  • should have good communication skills.
  • willing to share all the information ,knowledge and experience.
  • always ready to help other team members in every condition.
  • always trying to solve the problem.
  • stay with his given commitment.
  • give respect to others and can get respect from others.
